Introduction: Classes are adaptable to fit any body type or fitness level. It's a casual and friendly atmosphere. My personal training style is very versatile. Program design is based on clients' goals and interests and may include a variety of workouts from the basic treadmill and weight machines to kick boxing, body sculpting, lzumba, pilates, yoga, and even ballet fitness. I love helping clients achieve their goals and feel great while doing so. Its very interesting to design innovative workouts for different clients based on their interests.
