Introduction: As for the nutrition coaching, I am not in the believe that you must never touch "unhealthy" food again. I give my clients macros (grams of fat, protein, and carbs) to follow each day to hit. Their macros may be different on training/off days and I can change them whenever I want depending on how things are progressing (I don't change them only once per month). Obviously I advice that healthy food choices make up most of your calories, but if you plan on having a dinner out with friends or a significant other, just make your dinner fit your macros! I am available to clients via text or email with any questions or concerns they may have and I expect weekly check-ins regarding food logs. Depending on your goals, I may have weekly or biweekly check-ins with weight and pictures. I love seeing people overcome obstacles, accomplish their goals, and feel better about themselves. I also love having old clients reach out to me months later saying they still use my methods to stay on track. I am about teaching and educating, not handicapping clients.
