Ray delivered a wonderfully tailored show. He arrived early and ensured minimal impact until the show was ready to begin. The show was performed for a group of children aged 3 - 10. He incorporated the audience as much as possible. It was heartwarming to hear the children’s laughter, and I provided his contact information to several parents. If you’re looking for a fun, original party, look for the Magic of Ray Lucas! Not to mention, the balloon twisting at the end was a nice touch.

My 4 yo ran in the house when he saw Chippo getting out of the car, we have never been close up with a clown so I wasn't sure how he would react, he was terrified! Ray was excellent with him, took time to talk to him and took a real interest in my son! He warmed up quick after that and loved getting to answer questions and be involved with the show! The kids and adults alike loved the show, and many people came to me to tell me how much they enjoyed it! After the show Ray made balloons for all the kids and then again after some broke their balloons, he was kind, sweet, funny and in no hurry to get done! He really connected with the kids! I will definitely be recomending him to all my friends! I was a a little leery using a site to find a clown without someone from word of mouth but at the last minute I found Ray and I am happy to say it went great! Thank you again Ray, you made our party a blast!

This was for a Military Christmas party! I could not have been happier, the price was affordable and the work was done well! We had so many issues in the kitchen I wasn't even able to greet him until almost half way through his time and he jumped right in saw the chaos and helped distract the kids. They loved his magic show and everyone had awesome balloons! 4 days later and my children are still playing with them! He came early to set up and started right on the agreed time and finished and left quietly. I will definitely be using him in the future. Thanks again Ray!

While I have a basic rate, each gig is different. I offer a variety of characters and types of entertainment. Length of performance and location is also a big part of it. I would be happy to discuss your party in greater and design a package to fit those needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to talk with each client, finding out the type of event and what style of entertainment they are looking for. I will make suggestions and am able to work in items and routines to fit almost any occasion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Magic and clowning is constantly evolving. I belong to local clubs that help educate and share. I also attend national conventions and get-to-gather events to stay abreast of the latest developments.
