- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We wanted to change our clients perception of moving laborers from people who are gruff and stand-offish whom you are afraid to ask to move your jewelery chest to people that are personable, friendly, easy to talk to, and above all- trustworthy.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Read reviews and ask for references! Of course companies are going to refer you to their most satisfied clients, but they have less control over online reviews. Pay attention to how companies respond to negative reviews. Are they apologetic and offering to remedy the complaint or are they combative and defensive, blaming the client for whatever it was that went wrong. Imagine yourself in a similar scenario. Unfortunately damage does sometimes happen. Which service provider would you rather deal with in those events?
