Introduction: My work stands out because I not only understand the human body, but I understand how to motivate people. I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. I currently work as a professor of exercise science at Penn State. I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga and pilates instructor, and nutrition coach. I have three clients who have lost 100 pounds or more. My exercise programs include prehab and rehab exercise to ensure muscle balance and avoid overuse injuries in shoulders and knees. I design each program around your fitness level, previous injuries and motivation style. I love working with people who want to lose weight, managing chronic disease, want to get stronger, preparing for fitness events and weddings. I love it when clients see changes in their body. It is then the love of fitness starts for them. I found a love for fitness in college, I was born with Cystic Fibrosis and notice how good exercise made my lungs feel. I want to help people love fitness.

Pepsi is by far the best yoga instructor ever!!! She has the most positive attitude and truly snapped me into shape. She is a true inspiration and a beautiful person inside and out!! She truly cares about fitness and people. She is amazing at what she does!!!

Pepsi is a great teacher! I have never taken yoga/hot yoga/pilates before and she helped me through the entire class and gave different poses for each level. She is always making sure you are comfortable as well. I always go to her for nutritution advice as well! She is extremely knowledgable and trustworthy!

Pepsi is probably the most positive person I know. She encourages you, and takes time to teach and explain fitness and nutrition techniques, methods, ideas, etc. She takes the time to make you feel important and also is a very easy going personality where you can feel comfortable talking about your fitness goals and shortcomings.
