- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is 30 minute personal training session $35 for 1 session or 8 sessions for $220. New client specials 5 session for $125. I include free body fat testing and nutrition coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free initial meeting. First session will access movement patterns and test fitness levels. Based on testing I will design a exercise program. If you have tight hips or hamstring we will includes exercises to improve mobility while reaching fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors and Masters in exercise field. Currently Professor of Exercise Science at Penn State. Certifications in personal training, health coach, nutrition coach , yoga, Pilates and functional movement.
