I can't say enough good things about Terrell. He's patient, motivating, and encouraging in his workouts as well as words. He definitely challenges you, but it's never boring or repetitive. I find myself getting stronger and more confident in my workouts after years of being away from team sports. I know I'll be back to my fit self in no time if I continue with Terrell. They wanted to know about proper form, as well as what exercises would help them the most. Terrell decided to turn his knowledge and passion into a career. He earned a Certification from the American Council of Exercise (ACE), the leading provider of personal trainer certifications, exercise information, workouts, healthy recipes, and more. He is currently a certified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer.
