We have worked with Fetch ever since our puppy was 8 weeks old, and our experience has been great! As first time puppy owners, we can be a bit over protective and I'm sure overbearing. But our sitter and Matt, Fetch's owner have both been extremely friendly and more than willing to take care of our needs. As our work schedules change fetch has been able to accommodate our needs daily to make sure our puppy is taken care of. Even the changing needs of our puppy have been able to be met from soaking her food to soften it, to hand-feeding when our vet required that she need it. I truly feel that Fetch has gone above and beyond to help make sure that our "daughter" is taken care of, and I couldn't be happier. It's great to see people that you depend on care the way that they do.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pet Care Prices follows basic guidelines but can be adjusted to fit your needs and required services. Our basic pricing for our most common services is as follows: *Dog Walks, 30 minutes: $18 ($2 per additional dog) *Dog Walks, 45 minutes: $23 *Dog Walks, 60 minutes: $28 *Cat Visits, 30 minutes: $16 ($1 per additional cat) *Small Pet Visits, 30 minutes $16 ($1 per additional pet) *Pet Taxi, prices vary based on mileage. Please call for an estimate. *Dog Boarding: $45 per day ($15 per additional dog) *In Home Overnights: $60 per night ($10 per additional pet) We can work to customize your service, please call for more information!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer many services for our client's, and have customized jobs for many people's needs. Our most common services are as follows: *30 minute dog walks. For those who work during the week, we come to their house and take their dogs for a 30 minute walk wherever their owners request. We also play indoors if it's raining, go out in the yard if the dog prefers to stay in the yard, give new food & water, give medications, and more! *30 minute cat visits. Our cat visits include 30 minutes of playtime, food change, water change, litter change, medications, and love & affection for your kitties! *Private Dog Boarding. Does your dog dislike kennels? You can bring them to our sitters houses, all whom have kennel licenses. They can sleep in a warm bed, be taken on walks as often as necessary, and live like they would at home! You can request they be the only dog there as well! *In Home Overnights. Does your pet prefer to stay in it's own home? Let one of our licensed, bonded & background checked sitters sleep over! Your pet can stay in the comfort of it's own home, with a personal care giver right there! *Pet Taxi: Need someone to take your pet to the vet? Pick it up? Take it to the groomer? Pick it up from day care? We can be your pet taxi! We offer many more services, please call for more information & to customize your pet service!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to do what you are most comfortable with, because your pets are like your children. We'd love to have you schedule a free meet & greet with one of our sitters in your area. For visits, they will come to your house. For boardings, you & your pet would go to their house. You can give as detailed of instructions as necessary, and our sitter will follow them. You can ask for as much communication too. Our sitters love to provide pictures, texts, emails & phone calls to their client's about their pets well being! You have to be 100% comfortable, and we hope to provide you with that comfort!
