- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes taxes, fees, set up/tear down, travel expenses within our service area, unlimited photo sessions and prints during the contracted time of the event. A thumb drive of the event photos is also included and the photos will be available on our Facebook page as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer has requested and viewed our quote, we will follow up with a note asking if we can answer any questions they may have. We are not in the business of high pressure sales and continuously emailing them. If the customer and Starz come to an agreement, we will provide the customer with a contract outlining the details and price for the event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Brides/Grooms, corporate event planners, family members planning birthday parties, graduation parties. Just about any one who needs a booth.
