- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always investing time and resources into furthering my education. I am a yearly member of Lynda.com which is on online education resource for all different facets of photography, from photoshop, posing, composition and lighting it is priceless as far as the classes it has taught me. I purchase Erin Elizabeth's Newborn Video collections on posing, lighting, wrapping, and editing. I am a PPA member, a Learn Elite member, I participate in bi weekly or monthly webinars, I invest in Katelyn James' guides to photography, and I have an upcoming workshop with the best children's photographers in the industry right now coming up in October. The workshop is hosted by Sandra Bianco, Meg Bitton, and LJ Holloway.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a mom and wanted to capture timeless moments of my little ones life. I ended up investing in more equipment and education here and there and it became a huge passion of mine. I think that's why I love children, babies, and newborn photography so much because that's where my passion ignited.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common jobs are definitely - Newborns, Children, Babies, Maternity, and Families. I also do Seniors, Engagements, and Weddings but my specialization is relating to family portraiture.
