FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 2% discounts for prompt payments (within 5 days of receiving the invoice), and deeper discounts for advance payments (4%).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a voice conference over skype, hangouts or voice lines. Here we really listen hard to understand what problem the new client is facing, where they are in terms of solving it, what their schedule and ballpark budget constraints are, and any ideas they have for approaching the solution. Then we talk about our credentials and background, and how these intersect with the project our new client is undertaking. We provide candid feedback about the difficulties and gotchas undertaking the project may have. We continually interact with and iterate the solution with our client as we begin work. This includes providing a road map to project completion as well as regular feedback to the customer. We frequently add the customer to the software repository so that they can see the work happening, ask questions, and answer any questions we may have as we proceed. Finally, the customer can review and sign off on iterations of the project as they are complete, with good insight into how each milestone was met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Noah Ternullo has a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, and a Masters in Computer Science. He was formally trained by Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer, and has never stopped learning in his chosen field.
