Jason did a good job installing our ceiling fan. Would use him again.
My wife and I hired Leo recently to help us demo a kitchen and dining room to move forward with a remodel. He showed up on time to give us a bid, which was quite reasonable, then returned the next day to remove 2 large radiators, remove flooring, and move a built in cabinet. He was communicative and professional and we plan to keep using his services throughout our project.
Wendell did a great job installing wiring for 2 outdoor lights for me....He was very knowledgeable and did things the right way....which was very much appreciated....he also took some additional time and installed a new ceiling fan in my kitchen....His prices were reasonable and I would defiantly use him on another project!!! Thanks Wendell!!!!
I hired this company for my parents crumbling home and there isn't a job that they cannot do! They have fixed their garage door, ceiling fans, installing toilets to even the piping! They are currently fixing their gutters and roof! Soon will be fixing their front stairs! They have been truly a blessing to my family! Thank you Wendell and Sunny you guys are the best and I know my parents are in good hands! Your work is quality and We appreciate you!
We hired Bill to fix a wall in our kitchen and replace the ceiling. Thanks to several solid suggestions he made, we ended up also exposing a brick wall and having some electical work done (mainly installing lighting). Bill and his crew did a great job and have followed up to ensure we were happy with the work. I would (and will) recommend him to friends.
John has done work for me on 2 projects I've had. One he refinished a bathroom for me. He built a walk in shower with tile and a sliding glass door. Also tiled the floor and put in all new vanity and toilet. Turned out fantastic. Get complements all the time. Second project was updating a kitchen with new ceiling and lighting. He does great work and not too expensive. PJ
Cliff did every remodel job we had had done to our home since we first hired him in 2001. Some of the projects were: New kitchen cabinets sink and appliances Extra bath in the basement Remodel of the basement and utility room Move washer and dryer from utility room to the 2nd floor Installation of hardware floors in all rooms replacing wall to wall carpet total remodel of the master bath that included installing a skylight Ceramic tile installation in front foyer and all bathrooms Countless maintence projects too numerous to mention Cliff's work is is awesome. He has exceeded our expectations with all the work he has done. We won't even consider using anyone else. Cliff is the ultimate professional. He is meticulous, thorough and pays attention to the details.
John and his crew installed drywall in two large rooms and a hallway. John was very professional and the project was completed in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. I would and will use John again for additional projects.
Matt found a leak in our shower that was leaking through our kitchen ceiling, and repaired both. He was reliable and fixed the problems quickly, and did a great job. He also did great job replacing support posts in our wooden fence. Work quality was great.
We hired Tri-Capital to complete multiple projects for us on our new home. They replaced the roof on deck, replaced the fascia on house, installed a drop ceiling in basement, and also converted a storage room into a half bath within the basement. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work, communication, and timeliness that Tri-Capital showed. They completed all work ahead of schedule and stayed within budget. I would highly recommend them for any work that you may need done on your home. Thanks again to the Tri-Capital Crew. Go Cowboys!!
I'm an industrial design engineer and I've been renovating property in Pittsburgh for 10+ years and I decided to hire James for two weeks to help get an 1800's house that I bought rent-able until I could revisit the house more intensly in the future. Long story short, I quickly determined that I could count on Jim and his men to show up and get down to business on a higher level. We ended up gutting the entire house, jacking up the foundation, restructuring anything that was questionable, adding and redesigning bathrooms, running all new pex water lines, new electric and new gas lines. We installed all new windows, insulation, plumbed for an additional kitchen for possible future needs. We installed new headers and opened up rooms to meet code standards, leveled floors and ceilings by adding wooden drop cieling grids and installed drywall throughout. We are currently finishing drywall and getting ready to start all the final flooring and trim work and I'm completely satisfied thus far and would not hesitate to keep them working on my property portfolio. Here are a few qualities that he and his crew display that are hard to find: --They show up on time and enjoy working regardless of the conditions. We had quite a few miserable demo days with nothing but positivity. --They don't go straight to the bar after work, they go home and spend time with their family. --They are honest. Alot of contractors will tell you they know all about everything just to find out they are faking it. If Jim didn't know something, we worked on the solution together and didn't have to backtrack, wasting time and money. --Working hrs were well kept and I didn't have to worry about my personal tools or materials coming up "lost" or missing. --They really do care about how you feel about your project and have no problem going with the flow when I constantly change my mind on design. --They are physically capable. Say you need a dumpster loaded or 100 sheets of drywall moved around the job site, it's not a problem and nobody complains. --Willingness to learn. I've done alot of improvising with OLD houses and they want to use any experience or knowledge to their advantage. All in all, it is a great experience and I'll have them back to work with me on my personal home this spring. I'll add pictures soon.
Hi! I live in Greenfield and this company installed a powder room for me by building out from a small colset into my livingroom along the enterance wall--it turned out beautiful. They were very carefull to drape area with plastic from floor to ceiling even removed their shoes to walk on my carpet. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO DO A GREAT JOB--VERY HAPPY. I would hire them again---- very easy to work with. Thank you Mrs Barnes
Justin added a wooden soundproof ceiling including adding 16' joists, 7/16" OSB and fiberglass insulation over 650 sq ft of my interior office drop ceiling that was the only barrier between the office and the noisy fabrication shop. He was on time, and precise with his material list requirements. He checked in with me at the end of each day and updated me on the progress as well as any issues and recommendations to make the job better. He is a stickler for perfection and is extremely efficient in his execution of the work. You will not go wrong hiring Ellenberger Construction. I hire many contractors and he stands out at the top.
Tom was very professional and knowledgeable about flooring; what was done incorrectly by the former contractor and how to best fix it. He is easy to talk to and offered to begin the job within two days. He called when he said he would, showed up when he said he would and finished in a timely manner. His work is excellent. We plan to hire Tom again when we need more flooring done and even to finish our basement ceiling next year.
We needed a ceiling box replaced for a ceiling fan but the wiring came from 3 different directions and was the old shielded type and past my skill set. I used Homeadvisor to find an electrician locally and Vena Technologies was referred. Was contacted by them almost immediately with an appointment for an estimate at my convenience. Arrived when scheduled and received estimate right there. Again an appointment was set for the job at my convenience. Arrived when scheduled and had the job done promptly and as I had asked. Price was excellent and will be using again for any future projects.
Brandon was very quick to respond to my requests and questions. He and his team were able to remove an entire ceiling in one of my bedroom, locate the problem, and fix it. His estimate was very reasonable and he is easy to work with.
I have used Woods Construction two times now. First project was a major one: rip out kitchen cabinets, install new ones, put sink, dishwasher, ceiling fan, flooring in, repair ceiling. They also did two bathroom renovations, painted entire floor & trim. They did a great job! He stayed on the time line he promised. One area of the bathroom needed a touch up and he came back immediately to fix. His prices are competitive. I am so glad I used him because I tried another contractor at the same time for the outside work and it was a nightmare. Since then, I have used him again for outside work doing a set of cement steps. Again he did a professional job! I will be using Woods Construction again! I am very pleased.
Jason did an excellent job on finishing our basement. It was a completely raw space, concrete walls and floors, exposed ceiling. He added a main living space, laundry room, bathroom, enclosed our utility room, and added closet space. The finished product is beautiful and has added value to our home. Not only did he do a fantastic job but his bid was about $6,000.00 less than our lowest bid. He was clean, respectful, friendly, and punctual. I would highly recommend him. I we plan on using him to do any future projects in our house.
They installed insulation in my ceiling and repaired some drywall and paint damage in my bathrooms. They did a good job at a good price and everything went smoothly
I was very pleased with the work done in my home. We had rooms painted, including ceilings and trim, new chandeliers installed, and new railings that included stripping, staining and wrought-iron spindle installation. Brian and his team were excellent. The quality of the work was excellent, and their care and respect for my home was excellent. They were on time, used quality material and insured I was happy with the quality and the progress every day before they left. It seems I am always disappointed in the quality or timing or price of this type of work, but for the first time, I am actually very pleased in all respects. I highly recommend SenSational Painting.
My husband and I needed someone to drywall our kitchen ceiling (seems like an easy task but the ceiling wasn't level and plaster was missing). They came out the same week our request went in on Thumbtack for an estimate. Ended up being the best decision we made thus far in home renovation. They worked with our busy schedule, coming in the evenings some nights to finish up little things here and there. We are choosing to do the priming/painting ourselves. When we're done, they're even coming back to put up our light fixtures (We even have a new one that needs to be installed.). We were so happy with the work they did, we asked for 2 more quotes on projects around our house. We will being using them again and would DEFINITELY recommend their services.
