- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated, we quote a flat rate, you do not pay until the work is done. If we cannot fix your computer we do not take your money.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We do installations for the Commonwealth of PA in various departments. we also do work for several municipalities. It is neat to get to go places that we would otherwise never be allowed to go like prisons and vital records.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't pay by the hour and make sure the company you call can patiently answer your questions over the phone.
