- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a new client comes to us, we offer them a free consultation. This gives us an opportunity to show them our facility and discuss their individual goals. It also gives us an opportunity to describe how we'd go about working together to reach said goals. Following the consultation, we set up a fitness evaluation to see where the client is currently in terms of fitness and ability and whether or not there are any postural imbalances that we'd need to work on in addition to the client's goal. We want our clients to work out in a safe and effective manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our trainers have college degrees and are certified.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We work with all types of clients from high school athletes, golfers, cyclists, runners, & tennis players, to men and women simply looking to lose weight. Our philosophy is about individual attention and individual results. No two clients will be doing the same program, since each client who comes to us will have a different goal and different body.
