I work weekends and couldn't reply until today, Tom got very rude about it. I can't imagine how he is during training.Apr 10, 2017VerifiedThomas W.'s reply
Time wasters. When you hang up on someone after them trying to help you afford to get healthy and they are rude to you on the phone and can't respond in a timely fashion you get this type of response. Don't be so rude on the phone next time and just hangup when you get frustrated with their answers. Time is precious, don't waste your own let alone a professional trying to help you the helpless. Peace, love and light...God Bless amd Good Luck in your quest for a $10/hour trainer!

Thanks Joe you were AWESOME as far as a client goes, one of the best I ever had the pleasure of working with! I will never forget the "tips" you gave me at the casino shooting craps and the dinners at the various eateries! Thanks again for being such a generous client and dedicated athlete!

Matt was a great client! He gave it his all. Listened really well and performed everything in a very controlled way as to not to injure himself. He gained a ton of knowledge and went on to train himself ever since! That is the goal...
Tom was very thorough when getting my background and understanding what my health and fitness goals were. He took into consideration all of my concerns when putting together a program for me. We even went biking as a training day to have a new type of setting. He was great and really motivated me when I didn't think I could continue.Jul 16, 2014Thomas W.'s reply
Caitlyn you were one of a kind and I knew that we would have some great times together training and biking too! Your dance skills came in handy on lots of occasions when we trained together. Thanks for the memories!
