Jason has been great for me. I was very skeptical about hiring a personal trainer. I have witnessed many and have not been extremely impressed with most that I have seen. I wanted someone who was professional, highly-qualified, and positive. Jason is all of those things and more. I have been with him for about six weeks and I started in very poor condition with various aches and pains/injuries. Working with Jason three times a week has been very rewarding. I have, with his help, worked through most of my issues and am really starting to enjoy our workouts. The improvements have been amazing in some cases. I am getting my confidence back and am starting to believe that I can get back into very good shape. Jason has a very hands-on approach and sets up a program for any ability and strength/conditioning level that is individualized to your needs. The workouts are very challenging and are constantly changing to keep it exciting even though you are working so hard. I can't imagine that there are too many trainers like Jason out there, I have an athletic background and continue to work in the field today. I wouldn't pay a dime for the services of most trainers. If you value your health and wellness, Jason is without a doubt, priceless.
Ty is a welcome beam of sunshine and energy at the beginning of my journey to get my life back on track. He is personable, knowledgable, and empathetic. He came to my downtown apartment building and made use of the limited equipment available at the property's onsite gym. He offered personalized services and solutions to flex around my schedule and my idiosyncrasies! He encouraged me to complete sets that I struggled to do and spotted me when I got weak; it made me feel safe and therefore committed to completing the set. My journey won't be easy, but I feel more confident going into it with Ty by my side. He was right on time for our scheduled session and I cannot wait for the next one!
Randy is tough but fair. He's willing to work with your strengths but also target your weakness in ways that help make them strengths. I've personally been with randy for almost a year and have had amazing results. I highly recommend him to anyone that is interested in loosing some weight, getting in shape or just trying out new workouts. He is amazing.
Dann Cucuta is a amazing trainer and Muay Thai Fighter. I have been taking lessons from this highly experienced and seasoned Muay Thai instructor for several months now. Through his lessons, I have learned skills and body conditioning that has helped me, not just in Muay Thai, but also in everyday life. The focus and discipline used in training for Muay Thai, I have used these fundamentals to help my focus at work. The conditioning I have received from training has also increased my cardio health and improved my own workouts. Dann's training methods are superb, he combines both open strikes and the solid foundations of good footwork to become a excellent boxer on both defense and offensive. If you are looking for a mentor and someone to push you to become your very best, you can not go wrong with Dann Cucuta as your trainer and friend.
Nicole is an awesome trainer to work with! She has a positive attitude and is always helpful. Along with a great demeanor, she has the ability to create workouts that are fun but also push your limits. I love working out with Nicole, she has whipped my butt into shape!
Steve is a great trainer :) very motivating throughout every workout and he personally made me stronger and ready to do workouts on my own. Also very knowledgeable about nutrition so he helped me figure out what I needed to add to my diet and I made so much progress with him and on my own :) I'm so grateful for the entire experience it literally changed my life!

Anthony is the person that got me into running and snowboarding. He has given me great exercises to target the areas needed to improve my performance in these sports. He makes his training sessions fun yet intense and has lots of SAQ and plyometric exercises that keeps things interesting.
