Brent responded very quickly to a bed bug scare at one of my rental properties. He was able to meet with the tenants, make an evaluation based on close observation, and determine that treatment was not necessary. The evaluation was at no cost and I appreciate his honesty and not just recommending treatment. Hopefully I will not need his services any time soon, but I will definitely reach out again after my positive experience. Thank you!

The past few months have been truly rough for me, not much sleep and anxiety through the roof. I started finding these small, creepy insects near my bed. I didn’t realize exactly what kind of bugs they were and didn’t think much of it until I looked up pictures and realized they definitely were bed bugs. I have no idea how they found there way to me but I was in panic to get them treated ASAP. Lots of researching I’ve done on these crawlers so I started calling numerous exterminators and Brent was by far the nicest, caring and honest. His prices are half what they charge and he really works with you on pricing. I had a very light infestation and I’m glad I got it treated, put my mind to ease. About three dead ones found after first treatment which is normal and second treatment today and nothing more was found. He also let me know if any our found within 10 days to call him so he can come out again. Highly recommend Brent if you want someone honest, reasonable and doesn’t over charge you and to get the jobs done. Thanks so much Brent!!!

Brent came out to take care of an issue that I had with bed bugs. When he showed up the first time around, we went over everything and he went into great detail about the bed bugs and how he would treat for them. Brent proceeded to treat the room with the issues, but treated all other areas in my house. After the first treatment, I can say that I didn't have any issues at all. He came back out again and retreated today. Each time that Brent came out, he showed up with a smile and was VERY personable. He's such an easy going person and I would recommend his extermination services to anyone. His prices were great, and the service was even greater. Thank you, Brent! May I never have to reach out to you again. lol

When I posted my needs, I was initially messaged by four different exterminators right away. Brent stood out by sending me a follow-up message one week later with a free quote and curiosity about my infestation. I called him, and he quickly gave me a free quote tailored to my situation. He was able to answer my multitude of questions and put my infestation fears and anxiety to rest. He was easy to reach by phone throughout the process. He provided detailed instructions for me to follow before and after treatment to ensure that it was fully effective. And the 90 day guarantee ensured that if the included first and follow-up treatment didn't work for ANY reason, he would make additional visits until the bed bugs were gone. This guy moved quickly, knows what he is doing, does not cut corners, and is confident in the quality of his work - as he should be. It has been 26 days since I first spoke with Brent on the phone, and I have not seen or been bitten by a bed bug in weeks. Looks like I'm in the clear. Thanks Brent!
