- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set of 'pricing guidelines' that I use, that gets updated by me every few months. However, most times, each job is always so CUSTOM & different... each price is different from job to job, depending on the customers requests & tastes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to the location of the project, or the customers house.. whichever the case may be, and I meet & get acquanted with them and discuss whatever ideas they have for their project(s). I then give them my thoughts and views/ideas. If requested, I produce potfolios, pictures, references or anything they ask for to make them feel more at ease with having construction done in their house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ yrs. HANDS-ON CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE (IN THE FEILD), CERTIFICATIONS IN WELDING (Tig, Mig, Stick), 3 YRS. MOVING EXP., 4-5 YRS. TREE CLIMBING/TRIMMING/REMOVAL EXP., & MUCH MORE!!
