Introduction: I love to cook and baking is my specialty! I spent 13 years working in at The Chocolate Gallery Cafe' in the Detroit Metropolitan area. We served breakfast and lunch during the day. At night, we catered high-end food to many upscale clients, as well as weddings and other events. My specialty is baking. The desserts I developed and made were the first place award-winning desserts that were often sold to other restaurants, country clubs and coffee houses in the area. Since moving to Pennsylvania in 2013, I am currently a garde manger at The Hill School.
