Luigi was a wizard. See my before/after pics. He was punctual, responsive and respectful. I called 5 companies about this 15” crack, most no reply, one said leave it and keep an eye on it! Luigi asked questions (can you feel it, is under the bottom, etc.) & felt watching something get worse is a bad idea. I agreed. He was more concerned about the health of my countertop and my family than his own rate which was great! He took his time and even filled in a few divots that were in other areas. After 3 hrs the only problem I had was finding the repair. It was nearly invisible and you could no longer feel anything. He was great! And left a wealth of knowledge about stones, farming and financial matters. I enjoyed his company but mostly loved his workmanship! Thanks Luigi!
