FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As every project is different, every pricing situation is different. However, generally I charge by a time and material basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I would personally come out to the property that needs the work, meet the owner, look at the project and talk about viable options. Within a couple days, an estimate would be emailed. Following approval of the estimate, a contract would be signed and the project would be underway.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I soared thorough my apprenticeship in a masonry restoration union company, prior to that I passed my apprenticeship in a concrete company, and before that I had experience with water fire and mold damage as well as the reconstruction process. I've been mold, water, fire, lead, suspended and supported scaffold certified as well as a proud cardholder of my osha 30 class as well as cpr and life support.
