I signed up and paid for privet training for my Labrador who doesn’t like other dogs. I was told it would take 6 weeks and cost about $500. Well the first 4 weeks there was nothing to do about my reactive dog. We did basics (which she is great at), and walking on a leash (which she is also pretty good at). I was told they would use their own dog who is good with other dogs for training in their fenced in area. Instead they wanted to send me and my dog to lowes without them, and then the following week they would meet me there. There also wasn’t much training as I just kept hearing stories about other dogs he has trained and how great they are. Which took up most of the hour session. After talking to my wife, we decided not to take her back for the rest of the sessions we paid for, and just eat the money we wasted.

Details: 2 - 10 years old • Large (41 - 70 lbs) • Board and train at a facility • Aggressive behavior modification • Barking • Biting • At the pro’s location

Spring Canine Academy's reply
I am sorry that you wee not satisfied. It is a process. We were working your dog up to being around other dogs. by getting him comfortable with other things. Lowes was a step in the process, on the way to introducing your dog to other dogs. We need to build up exposure to other new things before exposure to what causes your dog to panic which would be other dogs..
