Introduction: SlateHouse Group is a full-service property management company in Lancaster, Lebanon, York, Berks, and Dauphin counties with local PM agents in each county. We handle the entire process of finding a tenant, including figuring out the rent price, listing the property on over 100 sites, and ensuring the tenant has a high enough credit score. If for some reason the tenant must be evicted, SHG handles that entire process for no additional cost. SHG will also manage all monthly fixes needed in the house. Tenants contact us directly if there is ever an issue. SHG has full-time contractors on staff 24/7 to fix any issues that come up, and you'll never get any added fees with any of our work.
