Introduction: I have 10 years of experience practicing yoga, and I have training for yoga for scoliosis. I also completed my yoga certification and incorporate teaching styles like Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Kundalini.
Everything that I do is with the goal to help improve the lives of others. From my experience with scoliosis as a young adult I realize how detrimental health problems can be to your life. I like to help others stay healthy and improve their health by teaching them the lifelong practices of yoga.
