- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is as individual as each home. I have a base price that I work from and I generally work down from that because I know people have a budget and having someone clean your home is definitely a luxury but I feel everyone needs a little help from time to time so I try to make it affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone text or email contact. An in house meeting where we walk through and go over everything and than a detailed quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel my medical background is definitely a plus for two reasons: 1 - I have been medically trained in hazardous waste, bacterial and viral contamination and while the level in house cleaning is not the same , I understand how important it is to treat the areas in the home that may contain bacteria and contaminants in a safe manner and how important it is not to "cross contaminate " between homes and businesses. 2- Confidentiality is huge in the medical field and it has followed me in to my business. What happens in your home.......stays in your home !!! I do not discuss your house, the people or the things in it with anyone.
