- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing I will more than likely be less expensive than most if not all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I troubleshoot and ask questions first to get all symptoms. Once the information is gathered I will run some tests and/or do some cleanups. I then look at the most common and least expensive fix.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A+ Computer repair training. Cisco CCNA training and certified.
