- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price on the nature of the groom or bath, the distance travel, and factor in size. with sitting and walking and boarding, it varies by need. prices are somewhat negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself to the pet, pet parents, ask questions, allow them to all questions, invite them to stay and help, or leave, send pics if I'm sitting, and always make sure I can make it the most positive experience for all involved!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my pet grooming certificate, I am insured, I am pet first aid and CPR certified through the American red Cross and am persuing certification in pet nutrition, pet psychology, and pet sitting and dog walking, as well as my BS in Biology and my Associates in Vet Tech so I can go in to Veterinary medicine with graduate school.
