Matt has been one of my closest friends and mentors when it comes to personal training. I've used his workouts since the day we started training together. His training programs and the results I've had are undeniably better than any program I've put myself through. This guy knows his shit! He will tailor his program to your specific goals and make it his personal business to make sure you achieve them. And NO, he's not some dumb meathead "I pick things up and put them down" kinda guy. He's personable and very intelligent. If you want to make significant gains, you must work out with this guy!

Rachel takes the time to understand your goals, strengths and weaknesses and structures your training program based upon each. I have lower back problems and her training has focused on strengthening the muscles that support my back so that I can do more and more each week. She is extremely knowledgeable in correct form for kettlebell and kickboxing training and incorporates them into your training program along with floor exercises and weight training. The sessions are fun and go by really fast! She is very flexible scheduling workout times and her prices for a monthly package (8 sessions/month) are extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend Rachel for your training needs!

I am so happy that I found Fitness Rx. Since I have been going, my workouts remain consistent and very effective. I have noticed some changes after my 3-4th session.
