My movers canceled a job last minute my daughter put the request in thumbtack he gave a quick response, fair price, came on time, and did an excellent job with pick up and drop off.. His helpers(his sons) were so polite, respectful and knew their job.. excellent experience

Upon hiring this company it was explained I needed help moving my storage unit full of yarn, paint and music equipment. Heavy lifting would be needed. I was told two movers would come help. One man and his two children no older then 12 showed up.
I was asked to pay up front the $275. I regretfully did just that.
The children where helping the father and dropping my property left and right. They then asked for an additional $200 and I explained I will happily pay what ever extra is needed at the end. (Thank god). But they needed to be more gentle with my belongings.
I explained that the spools of yarn can’t be slammed around they will foul up my machine costing me thousands of dollars to get a service call out on my machines.
I was told by the father they understood.
I then come outside to smoke a cigarette and hear from across the parking lot loud thuds and slamming.
Only to see the two children throwing my yarn spools from the trailer to the pod I had delivered.
I ran over trying to stop them. The father acted like he was surprised but he was literally 10 ft away as I was a whole parking lot.
I told them to stop and I was done. I needed there insurance info to get the lost product replaced if they wouldn’t to replace themselves.
I was offered $50 back from my $275 and then they would not give me the insurance info
I am now out 6k in product and behind 6 months to recieve new yarn from China if I order it again.
