- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparent, competitive pricing. We never charge for estimates. We also offer online estimates when you text us photos of your tree. We don't add extra cost after the job is finished unless first discussed with the home or business owner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your inquiry we follow up in 2 hours or less. Our in-house office staff is willing, happy and able to address concerns, followed by an arborist visit to give you an estimate. Pricing is then sent from our office via email. The process is fast, often same day turn around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tree team is comprised of staff certified arborists, commercial drivers and a NCCER certified crane operator. This should be the standard for tree care companies but often it is not.
