We had our roof leak on a roof that was only done 5 years prior by the homeowner before us. Alliance came out and fixed that leak for us and a year later another leak showed up in another area of the roof. Alliance came out and informed us it would be best to change the entire roof at that point. I appreciated their honesty and we were happy with the price. They ended up being available about a week earlier than they had previously estimated and they got it done in one day and about 3 hours the following day! They did a great job protecting our AC units and the landscaping surrounding the house and also did a thorough job cleaning up. We are beyond happy with the way our roof turned out and we have gotten compliments from the neighbors as well. It really was peace of mind knowing that we had a solid roof going into the winter months!! Thank you guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being as that we are a small local company we have little overhead. That allows us to be able to pass more savings on to our customers with the same if not better quality products and installation as larger companies in the area. We also offer a referral program, when we contract a project from a referral the person who referred them receives $100 cash and a spot in a drawing at Christmas for $1000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time that is convenient for the customer to assess the scope of work and provide a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Diamond level installers with over 30 years experience.
