I generally don’t write reviews but if you are as fireplace clueless as I am I just want to make sure you are aware. Told them ahead of time we had a wood burning stove in place, was not told that would be an issue. We paid the 99$ for a guy to come and take one picture of the chimney (which we could have taken and sent to them without them even stepping foot in the house), and quote us 400$ just to remove the wood burning stove (which we placed ourself) and then another 700$ to clean. I completely understand that those are the prices, but plenty of other companies quote for free, and we were charged 99$ to be told nothing. Be warned the inspection fee is basically a waste of money if you’re not planning to pay 500+ for more services.
