Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I feel it's the personal touch. Sore knees one day or achy shoulder another - I can give my clients the attention they deserve. I write plans specifically with them in mind. I most enjoy the moments when my clients realize what a positive effect the exercise has had on their every day life. They can climb hills in Italy, walk on the beach longer or open that jar because they are physically stronger. It's not all about the scale or dress size

Randy is very knowledgeable about reading. She is sweet yet knows how to push you to your potential. She also is so pliable with appointments. I would recommend Randy to everyone!

Randi is amazing. I train with her once a week because I feel like I don't push myself enough when I work out on my own. Not only has Randi helped me to get stronger, but she has been able while also accommodating my arthritis. She is EXTREMELY understanding and flexible with my ever-changing schedule. I would recommend her to anyone!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My goal is to give each client a full body workout. I write a plan for my clients that is specific to them and their needs. I use a variety of equipment and body weight moves to achieve this. There is always a strength training portion along with some cardio. Plans vary to keep it fun and to surprise our muscles!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First of all, it’s a personality thing. You want to be able to enjoy their company while you’re getting a great workout. I feel, you may want someone who can adjust to your needs and wants instead of doing the same moves week in week out. Lastly, someone who can guide you on the days when you’re not with them. My concern for my clients isn’t only about the hour they are with me. I often offer advice on exercise and lifestyle on the other days of the week.
