I know so often people are quick to write a complaint when things don't go the way they think they should. And it's a shame that so often good customer service goes unrecognized. But I couldn't let that happen here today, because the customer service I received from one of your team members was excellent! I want to let you know what exceptional service Gizelle Minazova provided for me. Gizelle went above and beyond all of my expectations in helping me out when it was time to move out from the townhouse I rented though Onyx Management. "My wife and I rented a home from Onyx Management Group in Northeast Philadelphia. PA. We lived there for about three years and while we were there we made it our home and they allowed us to do that. We never had to worry about them popping up all the time. The only time we seen them was if something needed fixed and if that happened they were on top of things. Our little girl is now almost four and that was the only home she knew. The neighborhood was a safe family friendly area to raise your family. I would definitely rent from them again if we ever came back to the area. If you get a chance and are looking for a place give them a chance?

My lease expired at the end of March and I have recently been looking at new places to rent. While researching rentals online, I came across Onyx Management's website. I went to see a few of the homes that were vacant and one of the property managers met me at a few of the other homes that were occupied. I thought that was really nice because they could have just told me to wait until it was vacant. But I ended up finding the perfect home for me and my family! I just wanted to say how nice this company is and I can't wait to pick up keys and move in!!
