Buffalo Springs Horse Farm

Introduction: We offer trail rides through the beautiful countryside in Southern Pennsylvania. You will be riding well-trained and very pretty horses on our trails through the woods, crossing creeks, up and down hills and out in the open. You will see firsthand how much you can take in on the back of a horse. You will see wildlife in this quiet section of York County. We are only 45 mins from Balitimore, MD; 60 mins from Harrisburg, PA; and 40 mins from Gettysburg, PA. The owner, Anne, has been a horsewoman for as long as she can remember. She has made her love of horses into a business she loves. Anne, has been training horses, competing all over the country in rodeos, giving riding lessons, working with special-needs children and adults for many years. It gives Anne the patience and skill to take people out on the trails that have never been on a horse before. Whether you have ridden all your life or never touched a horse, you will love our horses. They aren't old hack horses, they are well-trained, responsive and user friendly. Children are welcome, ages 5 and up. My customers love the horses, and that it is a real trail ride. We have lots of repeat customers. We even have people that own their horses but come here to ride ours. Customers love our saddles, they are very comfortable and well-made. The customers love that we stress safety for the horses and riders at all times. We give trail rides all year-round.
