Introduction: I am a highly qualified tutor that tutors one-on-one in your home at your convenience. I take the time to meet your child, prior to the first tutoring session, to identify how your child learns best. I structure the tutoring sessions based on your child's learning style. I also reach out to your child's teacher to create a team approach to your child's success. My contract is month-to -month. I have nothing but praises for Club Z. After completing the Request Info. online I had our Regional Director, Marian Cohen contact me within 8 hours. She readily answered all of my questions and we scheduled an at home consultation. This consultation consisted of her asking very specific questions about our child's learning style, concerns, class material and assignments, along with meeting our child and getting a feel for his personality in order to match a tutor. We agreed to proceed in committing to the program and signing a document allowing Club Z to meet with our child's teacher and act as a liaison to gather any helpful information to assist in our child's success. Meetings were set up and held with the teacher's and very valuable info. was gained. One of the teacher's was so impressed with the professionalism and the extent of involvement of Club Z that they asked me about my impressions so they could use it for their own children. Our tutor was selected and is a perfect match for our child. The Director even dropped off the materials she had gathered from the teachers to the tutor's house over the weekend to be reviewed prior to our first session. The tutor has arrived early each time and sits in our driveway until 5 minutes before our appt. to be sure each minute is utilized for direct instruction. The approach is not passive. He and Marian proactively gather info on upcoming assignments and curriculum to be certain they keep our child at the correct pace. I hear the tutor using "clear instructions, multiple tips, checking for understanding", while encouraging and teaching. Our son has already improved his grades. When I asked him how he feels about this service he said, "I'm getting it and he's a great tutor". I love how we (our child, teacher's, tutor and Marion) are working as a team to help one child. I have received follow up phone calls to inquire how things are going and to confirm all is well. Marian has established a wonderful working relationship with the teacher's that I finally feel as if I can relax and know we are in very capable hands.

We have quite nice experience with Marian, She is on top of her work and makes sure students are getting the tutor who understand students' exact need and walk the the student through work slowly and most fitted technique. Thank you Marian for referring Mary Ellen.

From the start Marian has been nothing but sweet and helpful. She listened to all of my concerns and worked hard to find a tutor to match my daughters personality. And I have to say we have been working with our tutor Kourtney for 2 months now and we couldn't 've happier. She's so kind and fun. Our daughter loves her. And more importantly I see an improvement in my daughter. She's building a confidence that she did not have before. I'm excited to see how much she will improve in school with the help of her tutor over the next couple months. If you are searching for a tutor for your child, Club Z is the way to go .
