What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple especially rentals and property management. A lot of companies charge anywhere between 10-12%. We charge 8% for 1-2 rentals and 3-10 for 7%. We will beat any company out there. We offer a line of other services and are priced per job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Paralegal, which has helped with legal issues.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in 2011, I had a need to help people that were in financial trouble, someone they could turn to and be able to understand them.
