  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My costs cover my travel, photography, and editing time. The only extra cost would be if I were to have to travel a greater distance then I normally cover or if I were to have to have an overnight stay or requiring the rental of a hotel room or other location for the photo session. Also other expense would be rental cost of hotel room or conference room or other location for a photo session, these cost would be added to the quotes cost but I will inform you of this during our messaging conversations prior to being hired. If the client wants to pay for these expenses themselves then we can discuss that as well. I will provide idea of locations to rent if need be.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to talk via email or phone prior to the session to get a feel for what the client is looking for. We also talk the day of the photo session to clarify any changes are needs for the photo session. I do require that the client sign a model release form as their images maybe use in future self promotion of my work.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am always interested in bettering my skills by taking classes, workshops or seminars, whether as a participant or as a teacher. I have done online classes and tutorials to keep up on new trends and also to help me improve on things I already know and want to make better.
