Tyler Bigley is without a doubt one of the most clever and focused computer techs I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Before I contacted him, I had a HUGE issue with an old computer that held all my business records for ten years froze where I couldn't retreive them. Several big companies looked at this problem with no good out come. Tyler took this unit to his shop, worked until early morning, and came back in two days with a complete print out of all ten years of records and a back up disc. Would I recommend Tyler Bigley and his Assured Solution services...I have, to many of my business friends, and ALL have thanked me. If you need solid solutions for your computer problems and don't contact Tyler, then you are not serious...and NO, we are not related...he is the best.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common repair jobs that we experience are slow computers. We usually counter act this problem with our 22pt. Tune Up checklist to ensure a faster running computer for years to come.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There is a huge importance in hiring a trained professional. I hate to see customers that hire their "friend that knows about computers" because 9 times out of 10 this is why they come to me for help. It usually makes the repair more costly as they do damage to their system.
