Had my laptop for 5 yrs and never had it serviced. At this point it was a mess, extremely slow, trouble printing, things constantly running in the background, strange error messages, couldn't update windows 10 because of strange 'component' issues (?). Brian spent a lot if time figuring out the problems and was even able to remotely access my computer from his home until all of my issues were cleared. Would recommend this guy for his patience and price!

Our laptop required a new cable because when fully opened, the touchscreen would short out. This was a hardware and not a software problem. I thought the initial charge of $100 to troubleshoot was on the high side because the problem was eminent and didn't require the time it would take to repair a software or networking glitch. Overall though they were very professional and the office was clean and did not look like a typical computer repair shop at all.
