- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our tax preparation fees are reasonable and our service is yearround.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with a client either in person or by phone and once we obtain their tax information we contact them again with questions or items that may help them file their taxes. Once their return is ready to file the customer gets a full copy of the return and the return is not sent to the IRS until the customer authorizes it to be sent electronically federal, state and local.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our firm employs CPA, Enrolled Agents and 4 year degreed accountants year round.
