- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give low flat rates depending on specific details of the move. It's always one flat rate with no hidden fees. Gratuity is not included but is not obligated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like building a positive rapport with new customers so they can have a sense of comfortability. I then let them know about myself and my company in hopes to close the deal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10yrs moving exp. and 3 yrs. of running my own business. I am a high school graduate but no formal education in business. I taught myself througj extensive research.
