TJ contacted me very rapidly--within an hour of my posting. He was pleasant, polite, and immediately set a time when we could meet to discuss hiring him. Tried contacting TJ by phone a number of times. Last call said his in box was full and couldn't accept any messages. I figure if you can't listen to your messages, you must not be interested in new business. I gave up.

Joe, I apologize that I was unable to answer when you called. Please understand that we get dozens of calls everyday. We try and get all of them. I think that your out of line saying that "we don't want business". I contacted you to try and get ahold of you and was ignored.

TJ never returned my call when I emailed and called him the next day. Also, not TJ fault but no other estimates/landscapers were available in my area, so I only had TJ to rely on. This service is not built up enough to get several quotes on a project. And it seems the people who sign up for the quoting and contact don't rely heavily on gaining customers therefore don't use it for referrals or future customers.

TJ contacted me within an hour of my posting and set up an appointment for the next day. TJ kept me posted on the progress of my project (cost of materials, materials arrival, start date and the time of completion). TJ is very detailed oriented and spent extra time to ensure that the job is well done. I am very pleased with the end result. I love my new lawn and the retaining wall!
