- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is upfront. There are no changes. We work at a standard hourly rate, unless you need extended services, in that case we'll work on a contractual agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get in contact with the customer over the phone to see what they need to be done. If it is something that we can handle, we'll then tailor our services to your job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all trained first responders. All of us have a public safety background. We also have a security background. It's the best of both worlds.
