Been training with Brian for almost 5 months now and it's been great. I highly recommend him. I've been trying to gain muscle mass on and off for a few years by myself, but with little to no success. In the past few months I've already put on about 10 pounds and I'm in the best shape that I've ever been. Plus he's a super nice guy and easy to get along with what more could you ask for.
Great trainer. Great, positive vibe. Works with your level of energy for the day. Great communication skills - clear in instruction, creative in analogies and metaphors as he tries to help grasp/embody the essence of a given technique and its mechanics. Timely - arrives on time, ends on time, doesn't waste time with "war stories" or "small talk;" matter-of-fact but very approachable. Additionally, Dann seems to calibrate the intensity of the work-out to your real-time level of energy - which is important: instead of pushing you towards injury or the kind of exhaustion where learning stops, Dann works with your where you are energy-wise on a given day to help get the most of the training moment.
Tyler is an excellent personal trainer who genuinely cares about his clients. He worked with me for 10 long weeks, training me in the ways of taking care of my body. He taught me nutrition, and the importance of exercise. I was particularly impressed when I lost roughly 10 pounds in two weeks! He was just as excited as I was.
I have been working with Vanessa for about six months in a one-on-one personal training relationship. Vanessa's engaging personality, her knowledge of the body and her ability to adapt workouts and exercises to my capabilities and interests have made this a meaningful experience. She is teaching me how to include fitness as a regular part of my life and she pays close attention to what types of workouts I enjoy doing. Vanessa holds me accountable and doesn't let me off easy when I feel like taking it easy. She pushes me to be my best and I need that. I would highly recommend Vanessa and look forward to continuing my work with her in the coming future.
I started training with Jeannette about a month ago and it was the best decision ever! I was looking for a trainer that knew a lot about bodybuilding, getting toned, and eating the right foods. After a few weeks of working out with her, I starting seeing results right away. I could tell I was getting stronger and gaining muscle. Jeannette gives me all the attention I need while working out because she wants to make sure each rep is perfect , so you can get the best results. Jeannette is very flexible when it comes to scheduling time to train. She is very reliable and easy to get a hold of if you ever have a quick question about what or what not to eat. I am always excited for my next workout with her:) I would reccomend Jeannette to anyone because she is such a pleasant person to be around and knows how to get you in shape!! :)
Jackie Damp helped me to stay motivated to complete my fitness program. I'd started several times before, but always quit before I reached my goals. She helped me stay accountable for what I was eating and for working out each day. With her help I managed to not only complete the program, but lose those last few (stubborn!) pounds of baby weight. She is very energetic and positive. I always left our coaching sessions smiling. :o) I would highly recommend her.
This bootcamp is a hardcore full body workout which I love. Sylvia is awesome and pushes us to our fullest potential and makes us work from start to finish. I hate when I miss, but even when I miss she sends us workouts to do at home!
I love working out at innate fitness ! Jon & Matt both create amazing programs for their clients that are fun and different. It’s the cheapest price I’ve found in the Pittsburgh area for an hour long session! I also take their group fitness bootcamp style class that is a true fat burner! Definitely recommend this place!
My two boys have learned a lot from Ryan. They have committed themselves to his athletic training. Their bodies have changed to lean and muscular ones. They have also changed their diets because of him. They have developed a trusting relationship with him as well.
