I have to say to myself, Why haven't I done this sooner. On Friday night we had a ladies night, 5, and Tony prepared 5-6 dishes and each one was amazing, delicious. He prepares well by asking all the right questions regarding the group he is preparing for and then executes it exquisitely!! I can't wait to plan my next event with Tony and I will also be doing some cooking classes with him. Tony from all of us ladies on Fri May 29th we thank you so such a wonderful special evening.
I had the pleasure of working with Allison, she came to my house and gave me cooking lessons. She was very patient and fully explained everything she did. I learned so much from these lessons. Tanya prepared and presented a simply outstanding dinner for four at our hotel in Ocean City New Jersey last night. She brought all food, cooking equipment, created a centerpiece for the table, prepared the 4 course meal as we enjoyed drinks. Combined with Linda serving, this was just perfect! The food was gourmet and very meticulously prepared and presented. We all loved it and look forward to doing this again.

I hired John to prepare a surprise Father's Day dinner for my husband. He prepared us a four course meal that was fabulous! John communicated with me the entire month before the event and accommodated us in regards to menu choices/likes. He arrived on time, the courses came out immediately after one another and cleaned up when he was done. Nice guy, wonderful food. We look forward to using him again!
I have medical conditions that leave me exhausted after working 8 hour days. As a result, I would not have the energy to cook healthy meals. Our dinners included fast food, delivery or pre-packaged meals. When I found out that Traci, a friend of my sister, was in culinary school I approached her about becoming our personal chef and preparing 4-5 meals a week that are either ready to cook with minimal efforts or only needs to be reheated. In January 2015, we hired Traci as our personal chef. I provided Traci with some of our favorite recipes. A shared Pinterest board was also created to share online recipes. As my husband is a picky eater, finding recipes that he approves has been a challenge. Traci quickly learned acceptable foods and has been great about suggesting substitutions for recipes. After 2 months of working with Traci, I had to go on a low sodium diet. She had no problems modifying meals so they would be lower in sodium. Each week Traci prepares the next weeks meal plan by reviewing our approved recipes and requests for repeated meals. We review the meal plan and make changes as needed. Traci purchases the food while considering ingredients that she still has in stock. On the following day, she prepares the meals in her house. The meals are placed into glass dishes or covered disposable foil serving trays with copy of the recipes attached. After the meals are ready, I pick up them up at her house. The meals are then kept in the refrigerator (or the freezer) until I am ready to cook/heat it. We provide Traci feedback on each meal. Traci accepts our feedback well and takes into consideration our requests when making the meal again. The meals have been delicious and most have earned a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. The meals not receiving 5 stars were not a result of Tracis meal preparation skills but due to the recipe, such as the seasonings. Prior to hiring Traci I was never fond of left-overs. Now I find myself excited to have left-overs. Traci has even gotten my husband to eat foods I never expected. My husband has eaten and really liked meals prepared by Traci that he did not like when made by myself or family. He has even eaten vegetables that he has refused to eat as he thought he didnt like them. I highly recommend Traci Zammetti as a personal chef. Not only are our meals better tasting than I would make, but we are healthier as a result of the healthier meals and less stress in our lives.
My Secret Chef has changed my life. As a widow who never cooked and hated the idea of it, Stuart has been helping me not only to cook, but to learn how to eat better and appreciate good food. The food that he makes is amazing, and he has taught me how to replicate many of the dishes! What is even more amazing is that not only is the kitchen spotless when Stuart leaves, but it looks better than when he came in.

Kim catered a golf tournament for 100 people. The meal was for dinner and she came on site and cooked everything fresh that afternoon. The menu selection was custom to our wants and budget and was phenomenal! Everyone was raving about the food and ambiance for a golf tournament. She went that extra mile to really make it special. Definitely booking her for next year.

Working with Cortney & Elisabeth of Plate Catering could not of been any better! Before my daughter's baby shower they provided me with ample menu suggestions plus samples of their food to taste. Elisabeth arrived at my home early, prepped all the food and had it ready to go when my guests arrived. She continually replenished the platters as they emptied. The food & service received rave reviews from myself and my guests. When it was time for her to leave my kitchen was spotless - she washed all pots ,pan & platters used I the prep of the food! If you want a first class caterer then hire these ladies because they are fabulous!!
I started working with Bela in 2002. He gave me about 8 private lessons. To this day the meals I learned and skills acquire continue to impress others. I have yet to have someone taste my Caesar salad and not say it's the best they've ever had. He is able to teach everything from shopping to cutting to making multiple days meals at one time. I've also used his services to cater for parties and prepare a weeks worth of meals in advance. His food is ALWAYS ALWAYS top notch and gets nothing but fantastic reviews from everyone who eats it.
