“I hired John for our kitchen island cabinet project, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. First of all, he couldn’t meet the agreed-upon timeline, causing delays and inconvenience. Then, they messed up one of the side panels, forcing us to reorder it and further extending the project’s duration. What was even more frustrating was John’s lack of communication and responsiveness. He was nearly impossible to reach, and when he did respond, it was often vague or unhelpful. He left our project unfinished for days on end, and when he finally sent his partner to complete the job, it resulted in even more problems. To top it all off, his partner managed to damage our hardwood floor during the final stages of the project. Overall I am unhappy with the service

John and his team just finished my basement. It was a very difficult basement to complete. The basement configuration was hard to work with however they did an amazing job. It is beautiful! The workers were always on time and accommodated all of my requests. Honest to goodness people. John the owner was ALWAYS available when I called him with a question night or day. I recommend John Keevill construction without reservation. They were very professional and again did an amazing job!

Details: No, I will not be adding structural or weight-bearing features to my basement • Yes, my basement finishing or remodeling project will require electrical or plumbing work • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • Residential

My new home needed repairs. All outside work. I knew an overabundance of patients would be required. Especially with winter coming. I have never hired a general contractor before. As a journeyman machinist I have worked for enough master craftsman to tell who is reputable. John is highly knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He helped me determine the scope of the project and tailored it to meet my needs and budget. I knew I was paying for a finished project at a fixed price. How John allocated his time and resources didn’t concern me. He kept me informed of deliveries and when the next phase of the project would begin. I am very pleased with the work he has done and would recommend him to anyone. And look forward to working with him again.
