In 2009 I went through a Life Coaching program that drastically changed my life for the better. The program lasted only a few weeks. I went from existing at a low level of fulfillment and wondering if I would ever catch a break in life to living at an extremely high level of fulfillment, feeling happy with myself for the first time in my adult life. I knew that I had been gifted and I knew my destiny was to be found in paying that gift forward.
I was fortunate that my coach is also a trainer and offered a curriculum to become a coach too.
