I wasn't new to the gym scene or to working out for that matter, but I felt that my current workout wasn't giving me the results I wanted, I had plateaued in my workout routine and I didn't know how to progress further to get the results I wanted. I decided to seek out help and I had herd a great deal about Premier Gym, and a considerable amount about Brian-one of their personal fitness coaches. Brian showed me so many new and fun workouts that I could also do on my own, that would get me to where I wanted my body to be. He also preformed an overall fitness evaluation to see where I was physically instead of just throwing me into a workout routine. He came up with routines specifically for my body type and my goals. Brian also showed me and corrected me on routines that I was doing that I thought I was doing right. He is fun to workout with and kept me motivated! He even went the extra mile to do an in-home training session with me when I wasn't able to make it to the studio one week, and most important, he was very professional-never canceled or was late to a session. Brian definitely knows what he is talking about and I have seen my body change drastically since I have been going to him. I highly recommend Brian if you are looking to loose weight, tone up, or to simply freshen up on your current work out routine. He is amazing and I cannot thank him enough!

Brian is an excellent trainer he listens to you and helps you reach your goal. He will make sure you are working out safely. He makes sure you are properly doing all the work outs correctly. He will push you and make sure you hit your goal. If you have questions he will answer them and will work with you inside the gym and make sure when you are on your own you know how to properly eat. Before I started working out with Broan I was 52 lbs heavier. I continue to set goals and Brian is there to help me reach them. Not many trainers I can say will work with you and help critic you and help you reach your goal. I am a very satisfies customer and will continue to work with him to reach more goals.

Prior to setting up my initial consultation with Brian I had been weight training on my own off and on for the past year. I watched a lot of YouTube videos and did a lot of my own research but still felt like I wasn't getting the results I wanted nor did l feel confident in my form. A friend, who is a personal trainer herself, finally convinced me to see a personal trainer, an idea I had been toying with for months. I was happy with the fact that sessions are payed for per-session and that there was no need for me to put a huge chunk of money down for something that I didn't know if I would like or not. Fortunately, I am SO happy with my weekly sessions with Brian. He is enthusiastic and does a great job at motivating me to get through just one more rep. Whether your goals are to gain muscle, lose weight, or just get healthier, Brian is your man!
