Three 45-minute sessions monthly + valuable resource sharing. $500 per month (3 month initial commitment) Living Your Life with Purpose and Passion. Define your Life Purpose - the real reason you, as a unique human being, are here. You will clarify the Values that govern your life, and find your Signature Strengths. At the end of the course, you will have a Personal Mission Statement developed as a guidepost for the important decisions in your life and your everyday activities. When your goals are aligned with the expression of your life purpose, you will achieve them more easily and effortlessly. Eight 1-hour bi-weekly sessions $1,000 per month (3 month initial commitment) Career Transition Coaching. We will work together to discover what it is you'd like to do for the rest of your life, and how to transition gracefully out of your current situation. Companies and business are in rapid change and for many it affords an opportunity to recreate yourself, to move forward powerfully into a new career with more meaning, more income and ultimately happiness and wellbeing. Three 45-minute sessions monthly + valuable resource sharing + phone access. $500 per month (3 month initial commitment) Single Coaching Session. This coaching session can be based on any issue you're facing on which you desire clarity and a path forward. Most people require more than 1 session to make lasting change, but if you are motivated and focused, you will benefit from the co-creative nature of the session. One session up to 1.5 hours + follow-up e-mail outlining the steps and commitments made to move forward successfully. $195 SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. After each session you will be asked what it is that you have learned and are taking away. If you are not completely satisfied with the value you are receiving, your money will be refunded. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start out by identifying where you are and where you want to be. If you are amenable, I will conduct assessments and ask you to do some homework. I have numerous exercises from which to chose to help you identify areas in your life that are holding you back, activities to help you identify your goals and dreams, your mission and purpose in life and will work with you to develop a path forward to a happier and more successful life. This process of getting to know yourself again takes a few weeks, but you will begin to feel the difference from the very beginning. One of the benefits of having a Coach is having an accountability partner. You will begin to see progress in areas that seemed to never improve when you were going it alone. I assist with professional and personal growth, understanding that one shouldn't come at the expense of the other. In fact, being happy in one area can help us be our best in the other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience and Training: I earned my Professional Coach Certification from Coach Training Alliance in 2012 and have been coaching clients for the past 5 years. Prior to that, I worked in large and small corporations for over 20 years and managed and trained people for the majority of that time. I worked in both sales and marketing, and I understand the expectations and pressures that come with today's professional roles. I received training in coaching and training, interviewing and hiring, sales training, brand management, leadership, project and time management, personnel management, performance reviews and performance management, creating marketing plans, product and sales forecasts, and public speaking.
